At Women Without Roofs, we always try to perform the work of the
charity to the highest standards. However, we recognise there may be times when this does not happen.
On such occasions we want to hear about it, sort out the situation as quickly as possible and change things to prevent it happening again.
We take complaints seriously and we treat them as an opportunity to improve. This is why we always appreciate hearing from people who are willing to take the time to help us improve. We always thank people who contact us about their problems, concerns or worries.

Please include your name and appropriate contact details in your email so that we can get back in touch with you easily. We will always endeavour to respond within a few days. We appreciate that sometimes a simple telephone call would suffice. However, being a small charity we do not have anyone who is able to take such calls.
Women Without Roofs - Nepal 
I was really lucky to visit WWR earlier this week with Rene (many thanks for taking us). The organisation is fantastic! The facilities are great, and it’s clear that all the women and children are so happy and grateful to be there. It doesn’t bare thinking about where they would be without the amazing support provided by WWR. Well done for all your hard work and good luck in the future. I would love to visit again later this year 🙂
