Anna, the author of this book, is our founder and chair of trustees. She wrote this book while living in Kathmandu between 2020 and 2022, and it is being released to mark International Women’s Day 2023.
Come with me to Kathmandu tells the stories of 12 women. Ten of them are supported by Women Without Roofs, one serves on our committee in Kathmandu, and the other is a staff member, although she was formerly assisted by us.
We can’t wait for you to read the book. It is both harrowing and uplifting and will open your eyes to the hardships that women in Nepal face. It is Anna’s hope that it will inspire you to pray for women in Nepal.
