At Women Without Roofs, we always try to perform the work of the
charity to the highest standards. However, we recognise there may be times when this does not happen.
On such occasions we want to hear about it, sort out the situation as quickly as possible and change things to prevent it happening again.
We take complaints seriously and we treat them as an opportunity to improve. This is why we always appreciate hearing from people who are willing to take the time to help us improve. We always thank people who contact us about their problems, concerns or worries.

We appreciate that sometimes a simple telephone call would suffice. However, being a small charity we do not have anyone who is able to take such calls.
